Consistent Supply of Exotic Flowers, Edibles and Carts

There is a difference for sure but I can't really say one or the other is inherently better - I prefer cold-cure, beautiful texture easy to portion and oxidation is more forgiving - I'm thinking people are hating on cold-cure because they feel like their more authentic/raw fresh-presses are going unappreciated when in reality a lot of people are introduced to fresh press as caked/buttered garbage bc of poor storage by both the producer and consumer so they prefer the more stable and fresh seeming option, cold-cure.
